Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Purpose
At Confianza, we value both our clients' time and the time of our team members. This Cancellation & Refund Policy is intended to provide clear expectations regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and missed appointments.
By booking services with Confianza, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation Requests
Clients may cancel a scheduled appointment by logging into their account, contacting Confianza through the website, or using any other approved communication method.
Cancellation requests are considered effective when they are received and acknowledged by Confianza.
3. Standard Cancellations
Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time may be rescheduled without penalty.
If a refund is available under the terms of the booking, it will be processed using the original payment method.
4. Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any required deposit, as permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of booking.
5. No-Show Policy
A client who is unavailable for a scheduled appointment, fails to provide access to the service location, or otherwise does not appear without prior notice may be considered a "no-show."
No-show appointments may be charged in full or may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid amount, depending on the circumstances and the type of service booked.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or a requirement for prepayment.
6. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule appointments based on availability.
Confianza will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability for any specific date or time.
Frequent rescheduling may require advance payment or may be subject to additional conditions.
7. Business-Initiated Cancellations
Confianza reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

Severe weather

Staff illness or emergency

Unsafe working conditions

Equipment failure

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Other operational or safety concerns
If Confianza cancels a prepaid appointment and no mutually acceptable rescheduled appointment is arranged, the client will receive a refund of any eligible prepaid amount.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund requests are evaluated based on the circumstances of each booking, including whether services were completed, partially completed, or canceled before performance.
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for dissatisfaction resulting from circumstances outside Confianza's control, including pre-existing property conditions or client-requested modifications during service.
9. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure an appointment.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, deposits may be applied toward the total service cost.
Deposits may be non-refundable if the client cancels late, fails to appear, or otherwise violates this policy.
10. Subscription or Membership Services
If Confianza offers subscription plans or recurring services in the future, additional cancellation and billing terms may apply and will be disclosed separately.
11. Exceptional Circumstances
Confianza may, at its sole discretion, waive cancellation fees or provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, including verified emergencies or events beyond the client's reasonable control.
Any exception granted in one instance does not create an obligation to grant similar exceptions in the future.
12. Policy Changes
Confianza reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
